Industrial Vacuum Cleaning Systems

All Industrial Vacuum Cleaning Systems have three main components:

1. Exhauster
2. Separator
3. Pick-up means

Each of these components has sub-components.

• The exhauster has a motor, silencer and air bleed valves
• The separator has storage and filtration capabilities
• The pick-up means includes hoses and tools, and perhaps a pipe/tube network

There are two basic types of systems, Portable and Central.

Portable Industrial Vacuum Cleaning Systems

These are mass-produced for a fixed price, with the three main components and a minimum of options. Portable units can be enhanced to become a central unit when required.

Central Industrial Vacuum Cleaning Systems

These can be provided to fill almost any need and can be located almost anywhere. A large number of accessories can be added to these systems to cover numerous applications and conditions.

Products handled can be explosive, abrasive, corrosive hydroscopic, sticky, wet, and small to large sized, recycled or scrapped.
