Introduction to the Questionaire

Think of a Pneumatic Capsular Pipeline transportation system as a cross between a pipeline and a railway. Material can be picked up at one or several points and likewise can be deposited at one or several points. Two-way traffic is not only possible, but also very practical. Various materials can be transported simultaneously in the same and/or opposite directions. These materials can have different bulk densities and granulations. For example, ore is transported from the mine to the mill. Tailings/back-fills are returned.

It is important to note that no distance is too far or too long for our systems.

When you have such applications, make several copies of the questionnaire. Mark them A, B, C, etc.

Draw a simple map similar to the one below and designate:

Service Required - Carrying Product:

• A transports to D
• D transports to A
• C transports to B

Geography - Pipeline Path:

• A to X -- Up 50 m
• B to X -- Down 50 m
• X to Y -- Down 90 m
• Y to C -- Up 70 m
• Y to D -- Down 60 m
