PSL designs, manufactures, sells and services Pneumatic Capsule Pipelines to transport coal, ore, concentrates, fertilizer, garbage, foodstuffs, and mail in huge quantities for long distances at low operating cost and competitive capital costs. These systems can pay for themselves in 5 years on the operating cost savings. Also, they can eliminate a number of other material handling systems and their transfers.
These systems are designed site specific. They are completely automatic and self monitoring. Also they are safe (everything moves within a pipe) and they are environmentally friendly (all air is filtered going into and out of the pipe/system).
Material is automatically loaded into a capsule. Capsules can be connected together in trains. The capsules/trains are injected into the pipeline, propelled by low pressure air to the receiving station where the capsule/trains are automatically dumped then returned the sending station for reloading to begin the cycle again.
These systems are 610 mm (24 inches) and up in diameter.
Two or more different products can easily be transported simultaneously in the same or opposite directions. Multiple entrances and exits into and out of the system are possible.
